This mashup features photos of sand from my collection. Many thanks to my family and friends who have kindly brought sand back from their vacations over the years in film canisters, baggies, soap bottles, envelopes, and whatever else they had in their totes. The points on the map are general markers and they do not necessarily reflect exact locations from where the sand was obtained. Sandrific is ongoing; currently, there are 22 samples pending.
